Sadman Saqib Sifat
I spent 6+ years in design and multimedia first — the kind of execution-level work most strategists never had to do themselves. Video editing, visual design, the craft underneath the concept, done with my own hands before any of it became strategy.
That order matters to me. It's why my strategic thinking at SiF8 stays tethered to what's actually buildable, not just what's presentable in a deck.
Today my work sits at the intersection of brand strategy and creative direction — shaping how Muslim entrepreneurs and SME founders position, look, and speak, without asking them to compromise on niyyah to do it.
Most marketing optimizes for attention first and asks about ethics later, if at all. The reverse order is the point — niyyah decided before the brief is written, not bolted on after the campaign is built.
This is the lens I built SiF8's "Niyyah First" philosophy around, and the halal marketing work I publish under that name — reading conventional Western marketing practice honestly, keeping what serves the ummah, and naming plainly what doesn't.
Premium honey & wellness
Ahoron needed to escape the "rustic honey brand" trap and read as premium enough for a global wellness market — without losing its Bengali roots. I anchored the identity around Modern Heritage: instead of bees and honeycombs, I built the brandmark from the Bangla letter "আ" itself, with a bee and a heart hidden inside its form. Paired with a Golden Vitality palette and international type, it scales from a 64px favicon to full retail signage without looking like every other honey brand on the shelf.
Entrepreneur mentorship platform
An education platform mentored by Maruf Rahman and Fahad Ahmed needed to feel like a movement, not "another course." I anchored it on Transformative Connection — growth starts with relationships, not isolated skills. The brandmark reads as both "B" and "M," and forms a butterfly and an infinity loop at once: transformation and limitless growth, encoded into one shape. It moved the platform from transactional course-seller to a long-term ecosystem for independent brand builders.
Youth social movement
Strong ground-level energy, no visual voice — competing against a sea of generic "NGO green" charities for donor trust and Gen-Z attention at once. I repositioned Alor Dishari from a passive charity to a disciplined, dual-pillar movement, codified into a strict constitution. A logomark fusing a lightning bolt with a strategist's silhouette, and a palette that outright refuses the charity-sector color script, gave it authority instead of sympathy.
Wellness & supplements
Bangladesh's supplement market runs on fear-based selling and "miracle cure" claims — a deeply mistrusted category. I positioned SusthoPlus as the accountability layer: it competes on integrity, not features. If a formulation can't be defended with evidence, it isn't sold. The logo doubles as a winking face and a mother nurturing a child; the language guardrails ban words like "cure" and "miracle" outright.
A strategy-led branding agency built on a "Niyyah First" philosophy — helping Muslim entrepreneurs and SME founders build brands that don't separate commercial ambition from Islamic business ethics.
Basirah — insight before intervention. A discernment-first look at where your brand actually stands, run through SiF8's "Niyyah First" lens, before any strategy gets proposed.
